Service are available to guests 18 years of age and older.

We recommend you shower. Eat a meal 2-3 hours prior to your treatment to avoid being too full or too hungry during your visit.

We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for your treatment. Please respect your appointment time. Your service will end at its originally scheduled time to prevent a delay for the next guest. Thank you for understanding.

We respectfully ask that you allow more than 48 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. Canceling under 24 hours 50% fee, 12 hours 100% fee.

We will adjust pressure, temperature, musical volume, work longer on an area or move on if you request it. Undergarments are optional during massage session. We offer a few unique therapies for which we recommend that you wear comfortable yoga attire. You may refuse any massage methods or stop massage at any time. The client will always be modestly draped. Only the area being massaged will be undraped. The clients will be kept informed of the area to be massaged. Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is NEVER APPROPRIATE.

While making your reservation, kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect your service. Prior to each massage session, your personalized treatment plan will be discussed with you. An intake form, massage therapy policies, and Informed Consent form will be provided at your first visit.  Clients who we have not seen for at least a year may also be asked to fill out this forms.

We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers 16 weeks or later into pregnancy.Please allow us to guide you in selecting a suitable treatment.

Gift Certificates are available for any treatment. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at time of treatment.

It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medications and medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc., that the massage may be continued. The client must also keep the massage therapist informed of any changes in health conditions. For clients undergoing chemo and radiation therapies – Please note that we require a doctor’s note that states the doctor is aware of and agrees to the desired treatment.
